MILWAUKEE -- 50-year-old Yvette Harris of Milwaukee will serve 100 days in prison and 18 months on probation for defrauding the Wisconsin Medicaid program. She was found guilty of medical assistance fraud and theft, which is why she'll have to pay $1,214.84 in restitution.

According to court documents, Harris interviewed a mother who needed medical care for her daughter. Harris was never hired by that mother, but submitted claims for payment for services.

Harris was sentence to one year and nine months in jail, but that sentence was stayed.
