MILWAUKEE - A cold snap is about to hit the Milwaukee area and people are trying to get prepared.

It's been a while since we've seen temperatures like the ones that are on the way.

People are hitting gas stations to make sure their vehicles are ready to make it through this cold snap.

A lot of people we spoke with are not excited about the bitter cold coming. Many told us they'd rather have a big snow storm than arctic temperatures.
