Milwaukee police investigate body found in garbage bag

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating the discovery of a body in a garbage bag near a dumpster on the 6000 block of N. 63rd St. Police say someone who lived in the area found the body shortly after 4:00 p.m. on February 17th.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office is waiting a day before beginning work on determining the identity of the deceased, and cause of death. They are letting the body thaw before they begin their work.
