Messy day for drivers
MILWAUKEE --- It was a messy day for drivers Saturday throughout Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Roads were slick due to intermittent rain.
Just before 8:00 p.m. a 44-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle while driving too fast on the westbound off-ramp at Bluemound Rd. and I-94, according to police. The driver suffered minor injuries and was the only person in the vehicle. Earlier in the day on I-43 westbound at Loomis Rd., two cars and a semi collided, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. Two people were taken to the hospital. Police also responded to minor accidents on I-94 eastbound in Waukesha County near Delafield, I-894 eastbound near National Ave., and other areas. |
