Marquette students hit by car on sidewalk

MILWAUKEE---Two Marquette University students are recovering after being hit by a car Monday morning.

According to Milwaukee Police, the driver hit a parked car, jumped the curb and hit the two females who were on the sidewalk near 17th & Wisconsin just after 9am.

Investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.

The victims are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
