Man ejected from vehilce after collision in Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT -- A 19-year-old man is transported by flight for life to the hospital after he is ejected from his vehicle.

The accident happened at 10:08 p.m. Saturday on Highway 20 and Highway V.

The Mount Pleasant Police Department said that 19-year-old Shkelzen Abazi of Kenosha was traveling southbound on Highway V when he failed to stop at a stop sign.

He was then hit by another vehicle and ejected from his car.

He was lying in the roadway unconscious, but he was breathing.

He was taken by flight for life to Froedtert Hospital, but he is expected to be ok.
