MILWAUKEE—A man is in critical condition after being shot.

Milwaukee Police were called to a report of a man down near 21st St and Melvina around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Officers arrived and found a 53-year-old man on the ground.

The man had been shot and he was unconscious.

He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

He is currently in critical condition.

No arrests have been made, but the investigation is ongoing.
