MILWAUKEE -- 27-year-old Gregory Harmon is facing criminal charges after shooting a woman at Potawatomi Bingo and Casino on June 16th. Several witnesses tell police Harmon pulled the gun after being involved in a physical altercation with another man.

According to the criminal complaint, Harmon got into a verbal argument with Tommie Grant just outside the Firepit Sports Bar. The argument escalated when Grant punched Harmon in the face.

Several witnesses say two other men jumped on Harmon during the fight. Both men are related to Tommie Grant. One of these relatives told police he began hitting Harmon, because he was fearful Harmon would shoot someone. The other relative told police he grabbed the muzzle of the gun during the struggle.

The criminal complaint says Harmon fired his gun three times and hit Jessica Grant in the upper left thigh.

Harmon is charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Carry Handgun Where Alcohol Sold and Consumed, and Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon. If convicted on all three charges, Harmon faces up to two years and three months in jail.
