MILWAUKEE -- He got an entire East Side neighborhood blocked off earlier this year, now the 28-year-old man behind an anthrax scare will learn if he'll go to prison.

In April, David Bustamante, 28, was featured in a YouTube video that showed him mailing a letter to a state agency.

Court documents say Bustamante then emailed local news outlets with a link to the video and said the letter he mailed was laced with anthrax.

News outlets called the Milwaukee Police Department. There was no anthrax in the letter, but police still had to call in the bomb squad to check things out.

Bustamante is scheduled for sentencing Wednesday afternoon.
