Man arrested for allegedly driving an ATV drunk in Germantown

GERMANTOWN -- A Germantown man is booked on a drug charge after being followed home and arrested by a Washington County Sheriff's deputy. The deputy first saw the 26-year-old man driving an ATV on Appleton Ave. near Meeker Hill Rd.

Deputies arrested the man after a failed sobriety test, and found a small amount of marijuana during a standard search. The alleged drunk driver is on probation for possession of narcotics, and is being held at the Washington County Jail.
