Man arrested for 4th OWI as part of Operation Drive Sober patrols

MILWAUKEE-- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office arrested nine drunk drivers as part of this weekends Operation Driver Sober patrols.

One of those drivers 42-year-old Afshin Farzadram of Milwaukee was arrested for his fourth OWI.

A deputy observed Farzadram deviating lanes around 3:45 a.m. Saturday.

He was also driving below the speed limit at 42 mph on northbound I-43 and Lincoln Ave.

He was stopped at National Ave and 9th Street.

Sheriff's Office said that he a PBT of .186 at the scene.

The other eight drivers who were arrested were all first time offenders including four underage drinkers.
