MILWAUKEE -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Milwaukee Police Department arrested several members of a Milwaukee street gang known as the 29 Taliban during the early morning hours of June 17. Police say nearly 200 members of the Milwaukee Police Department and F.B.I. agents took part in the early morning arrests.

Search warrants were executed at seven north side homes resulting in the seizure of guns, narcotics and a ballistic vest. 15 people believed to be responsible for armed robbery, drug, gun offenses, and homicide were arrested during the June 17 sweep.

Police say another sweep is already in the works.
