Local runners talk about explosions at Boston Marathon

BOSTON - Hundreds of runners from Wisconsin took part in the Boston Marathon which was marred by tragedy Monday. Two bomb blasts near the finish line killed at least three and injured more than 100. Several local runners were near the bomb blasts when they happened. We spoke some of those local runners by phone from Boston not long after the tragedy.
