Former principal accused of child sex assault pleads not guilty
MILWAUKEE -- 46-year-old Ronnie Johnson, a well-respected educator, will go to trial after pleading not guilty to child sex assault charges.
Johnson originally faced 14 charges for sexually assaulting at least 3 boys. The boys are all brothers, now ages 16 to 18. Since then, two more victims have come forward, prompting additional charges. Johnson now faces 23 of them.
Court records indicate Johnson was a father figure to the teens. During his last court appearance, Johnson's lawyer said the charges will be vigorously contested.
Johnson is scheduled to appear in court on September 3rd at 8:15 a.m.
