MILWAUKEE---A judge has set a date of February 11th for the inquest into Derek Williams death while in police custody.

Williams is the robbery suspect who complained of breathing problems in the back of a squad car after a chase and struggle with officers in the summer of 2011.

Only recently did the medical examiner change the cause of death from natural to homicide.

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Kevin Martens said during a hearing Wednesday that he expects the inquest to last about a week.
