Hit and run driver strikes two pedestrians

WEST ALLIS—West Allis Police are searching for a suspect in a hit and run accident.

Two pedestrians were crossing the street near 75th St. and Becher St. around 2:30 a.m. Sunday when they were hit.

The driver did not stop.

One of the victim’s was taken to the hospital, but is expected to be ok.

The second victim denied medical treatment.

The striking vehicle is described as a black or silver truck possibly a small pick-up or larger sedan from the mid 90’s.
