MILWAUKEE-- 32-year-old Rashaan Hobbs was shot to death early Sunday morning.

Hobbs was a hip hop and R&B producer in Milwaukee. He was known in the music scene as RKa-Tec, affiliated with Next Level Entertainment.

Sources tell CBS58 he was related to a Milwaukee police officer, but the department has not yet confirmed that information.

Police say Hobbs was shot at around 2:00 Sunday morning outside the nightclub Dee's Elegance on West Villard Avenue. They do not have a suspect in custody.
