Green Bay Packers seeking nominations for Coach of the Week program

GREEN BAY -- The Green Bay Packers is seeking nominations for its High School Coach of the Week program. The program recognizes outstanding high school coaches from the State of Wisconsin.

According to the Packers, the high school coach of the week is awarded "several items and privileges, including a $1,000 donation to the school's football program". 

In addition to the $1,000 donation, the Packers will recognize the coach of the week on their website, and the Packers Gameday program.

At the end of the 2013 season, one coach will be named the WFCA/Green Bay Packers High School Football Coach of the Year. The winning coach will get a $2,000 donation towards their football program. The coach of the year will be recognized during the last Packers home game.

Submissions must be turned in before 10:00 a.m. every Monday. E-mail your nominations to or by fax 920-569-7302. *All nominations must include the coaches name, address, school, phone number, and reason he/she deserves the award.
