FRANKLIN -- Franklin police are investigating a rollover accident near 76th St. and Lake Pointe Dr. that took place around 1:30 p.m. We're told a 44-year-old Milwaukee man was taken away on a stretcher, and transported to a local hospital by Flight For Life.

Investigators say a 12-pack of beer tumbled out of the car when it rolled, and the driver has four prior OWI convictions. We're also told the driver of the rolled over vehicle reeked of alcohol when police arrived.

Police are not releasing the name of the 44-year-old, but says he was critically injured. They have no update on his condition.
