Former Walker aide sentenced for misconduct

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A former aide to then-Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker will be sentenced Monday.

Kelly Rindfleisch plead guilty to one count of misconduct for doing campaign work on public time.

In exchange for the plea agreement, three other counts were dropped.

Prosecutors have agreed to recommend probation instead of the maximum three and a half years in prison she could have gotten.
