Former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan cited for OWI

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- Former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan was cited with his first OWI offense late Sunday night in the City of Kiel. Ryan was pulled over around 11:54 p.m. on March 3rd while driving east on County Highway XX.

Following his arrest, Ryan was transported to Holy Family Memorial Hospital in Manitowoc for a blood draw. Ryan was then transferred to the Manitowoc County Jail where he was held on a 12 hour detention for drunk drivers.

Ryan's next court appearance is scheduled for April 23rd.
