Former Racine Mayor Convicted of Child Sex Crime is Free Man

RACINE-- After three years behind bars for sex assault of a child and child enticement, former Racine mayor Gary Becker was released from the Oshkosh Correctional Institute.

Becker drove to Brookfield Square Mall in January of 2009 to meet with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl he met online. That girl turned out to be a WI Department of Justice Agent. 

He'll be moving back to Racine County. His address will be made public on Wednesday.
