MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A former Milwaukee Police Officer faces 90 days at the department of corrections after pleading guilty to a charge of harboring a felon.

"What were you thinking?" -said Judge Jeff Wagner before sentencing 22-year-old Danielle Scott.

"I was afraid," Scott answered.

Scott said that is why she tapped into police records and didn't come forward when she learned of the murder of local tattoo artist Russell Setum. She said at the time, she wanted to help the father of her child and some of his friends, who are now charged the murder.

Judge Wagner sentenced her to 30 months on probation.

The victim's mother spoke in court. She told CBS 58's Sandra Torres that she felt the sentence was too lenient.
