MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee firefighters battled an intense blaze near 28th and Hayes on August 8.

Firefighters arrived on scene just after 5:30 a.m. and found heavy flames on the first floor and the attic.

Fire officials initially called the flames suspicious, but in a later update, officials said their investigation has now allowed them to rule out arson.
