"Anytime a crime happens, they are quick to put out the suspect, right away.” Said Hamilton.

Nate Hamilton and his family make another plea to the Milwaukee Police Department, after waiting nearly the entire summer. They’re still no closer to understanding what really happened when Dontre Hamilton was killed on April 30th at Red Arrow Park by a Milwaukee Police Officer during a scuffle. The officer’s name has not been made public.

"Everyone knows about Dontre, but no one knows about this officer." Said Hamilton.

Hamilton’s family told CBS 58 he had a history of paranoia and schizophrenia, but he wasn’t known to be violent. While the family continues to seek answers, they must watch the tensions in Ferguson, Missouri.

The family said the stories of Michael Brown and Dontre Hamilton are very similar.

"I can't even understand it. To see another mother hurting was hard." Said Hamilton.

Nate Hamilton said he doesn’t approve of the riots in Missouri. In a way, he’s relieved; his brother’s story hasn’t made national headlines.

"We don't care about tv. We care about justice." Said Hamilton.

The Division of Criminal Investigation has completed its investigation into Dontre Hamilton's death, and the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office has the final report. But the report hasn't been made public yet.
