MILWAUKEE -- Deliberations in the Derek Williams inquest have wrapped up in the eighth day, and the jury has yet to render a verdict. As jurors watched video of Williams dying in the squad car, Special Prosecutor John Franke reminded  jurors to question Williams' repeated pleas for help and inability to breathe.

Franke points out Williams was able to walk and respond to officers questions. The jury is considering a misdemeanor charge of failure to render aid by law enforcement for three Milwaukee police officers.

Once the jury renders their advisory verdict, Franke will decide what the next step will be.
