MILWAUKEE -- Frightening video from the dash cam of a sheriff's deputy car shows a wrong-way driver coming within feet of striking the deputy head on.

Authorities said the wrong-way driver, 33-year-old Alicia Sulok of Hales Corners, drove six miles on the opposite side of I-43 Saturday morning.

The video shows the deputy approaching Sulok with emergency lights flashing and sirens blaring. Instead of slowing down, Sulok kept her speed, causing the deputy to swerve at the last minute to avoid being hit. Eventually, deputies were able to stop and arrest Sulok, who began crying in the back of the squad car.

Sulok was still in Milwaukee County Jail Monday morning, facing OWI and recklessly endangering safety charges.
