Deceased man found on Kenosha's north side identified

KENOSHA -- Police have identified the male found near 27th Ave. and 18th St. as 55-year-old David Sipes. The Kenosha resident was found around 1:15 p.m. on January 9th.

The autopsy performed on Sipes by the medical examiner's office didn't reveal a cause of death, and the investigation is pending the results of toxicology tests.
