MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting at an Aldi grocery store on the City's north side.

Around 7, Monday night, police responded to the shooting on 76th and Villard. According to police, a man armed with a gun went inside the store and tried to rob it.

A customer inside the store had a gun and fired at the man. The suspect left the store without taking anything.

None of the people inside the store were hurt and it's unclear if anyone has been arrested.

"Customer shoots gun at robbery suspect"? It's a good thing he didn't shoot his knife at him.
