Wrong way drunk driver causes serious crash in Racine County

RACINE COUNTY -- Three people are injured after a wrong way drunk driver crashes into a construction truck.

The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to I-94 near 27th Street in Caledonia around 2:25 a.m. Monday.

The driver of a silver Oldsmobile sedan was traveling Eastbound in the Westbound lanes and struck the back of a construtcion truck.

The drivers of both vehicles and a passenger of the Oldsmobile were all injured.

All of the subjects suffered non-life threatening and were taken to local hospitals to be treated.

The driver of the Oldsmobile was arrested for his 3rd OWI.
