Court hearing for teens accused of Sheboygan Falls murder

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- Two 13-year-olds accused of a brutal murder in Sheboygan Falls are due in court, Tuesday morning.

Antonio Barbeau and Nathan Paape are accused of killing Barbeau's great-grandmother, stealing her car and jewelry and then going out for pizza.

The two teens are scheduled to face a preliminary hearing Tuesday, but there could be a significant delay.

Defense lawyers are asking for more information about the teens and they also want the case moved from adult court to juvenile court.

The Sheboygan County District Attorney says his team is ready to move forward with the case.

Barbeau and Paapa are due in court Tuesday morning.
