WAUKESHA --- Convicted sex offender, Dale Voss, is charged with seven counts of first degree sexual assault of a child. The latest accusations date back to 2007, and the most recent is this month. Voss once gave underage girls melatonin, a sleep aid, and one child woke up to the 47 year old man sexually assaulting her, according to court records. The records also state that the youngest victim may have been nine years old.

Voss was convicted of sexual assault of a child in 1991. Some of his neighbors told CBS 58 that they were aware that he was a sex offender.

Investigators said Voss called the alleged victims liars, and claims he can control himself despite his conviction.
