MILWAUKEE-He;s the Milwaukee man who became the poster boy for Wisconsin's Concealed Carry Law when he wounded a suspected robber at a grocery store.

Now Nazir Al-Mujaahid is charged with falsifying tax documents and looking at some major time if convicted.

Indications are he is still in custody, attempts to reach out to him for comment have so far been unsuccessful.

State tax agents say in tax returns from 2006-2010 Mujaahid filed false documents for a man who moved from Wisconsin to Egypt which paid refunds totaling more than $13,000.

According to the criminal complaint Mujaahid admitted to the agent to sending some of the cash to the man in Egypt who was "hurting for money."

Mujaahid is also accused of filing false returns for other people.

If convicted he faces up to 40 years in prison.
