Community Groups Call for Removal of Fire and Police Commission

MILWAUKEE---The Occupy the Hood group and several other community organizations are calling for the removal of the Fire and Police Commission.

The activists say they are dissatisfied with the commission's handling of multiple police misconduct complaints.

"Relations between community members the police have only gotten worse," one of the speakers declared.

They held their press conference at city hall, right outside the room where members met with the Police Chief for a performance review.
