MILWAUKEE -- On the first day of spring last year, people living in Milwaukee were wearing shorts, t-shirts and sun glasses, but it's certainly not a reality in 2013.

Spring is taking its sweet time to get here and everyone is talking about it.

There is still snow on the streets and golf courses and gusts of wind are sending a winter chill through the air.

The chilly temperatures are keeping most people indoors rather than rushing out to buy spring staples, like lawn and garden supplies and grills.

On this day last year, the temperature was in the 80s. Guess you can't trust a groundhog to accurately predict the weather.
