Child kidnapping suspect due in court

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- The woman accused of trying to kidnap a young girl from a Milwaukee elementary school is due in court for a competency hearing.

According to court records, Lisa Isaac made her way to Frances Starms Elementary School and took off with someone else's young child.

The child's mother told police she saw Isaac try to take her daughter, but she was able to get her daughter back before she got too far.

Isaac is facing charges of kidnapping and child abduction.
