CEDARBURG -- It may not feel like winter outside but that's not stopping neighbors in Cedarburg from celebrating a favorite season.
Today marks the 38th time folks in Cedarburg celebrated winter with a fabulous festival.
People and balloons lining the streets some of them grabbing a snack as they pop in and out of the locally owned businesses while waiting for one of the many fun family friendly activities to get started.
“We have the chili dump competition they do pancake breakfast Easter egg hunt nonstop things happening throughout the day,” said Doreen Lettau who was enjoying the Cedarburg Winter Festival.
