Milwaukee is one of 100 cities participating in a national fast food protest today, demanding a raise in minimum wages. Wisconsin's minimum was is $7.25 an hour; employees are asking for at least $15 an hour.

Two former Milwaukee police officers charged in connection with illegal strip searches earlier this year will be sentenced today. Jeffrey Dollhopf and Brian Kozelek were found guilty of watching another officer perform illegal and extensive strip searches. 

A 10-hour long standoff at a Kenosha home Wednesday ended with one arrest and one person dead. Police say a man held at least two people hostage for several hours until a tactical unit went inside to take the man into custody. A woman was found dead in the basement of the home.
