Resers Fine Foods, based in Topeka, Kansas is recalling approximately 22,000 pounds of chicken, ham and beef products due to possible Listeria contamination. The food items sold in Wisconsin stores include Cobble Street Mareket chicken and ham and Resers Fine Food white meat chicen salad with cranberries and pecans.

One of the largest nursing homes in the state has just announced it plans to close. Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Greenfield sent a letter to the Workforce Development Office saying the closing could result in the permanent elimination of 397 positions. It could take at least 4 months for Kindred to close.
