GLENDALE -- The vice president of a local company is accused of spying on his female employees in the bathroom at work.

James Pirc, 46, is charged with four felonies after he allegedly used a tiny camera inside a pen to record the workers in the bathroom at his Glendale accounting firm.

CBS 58 has found out the workers actually saw the camera sliding under the door.

Police apparently caught Pirc in the act and he admitted that once he bought the pen camera he was tempted to use it.
