Bus crash suspect due in court

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee County man accused of running from police and crashing his car into a school bus is due in court Wednesday for a hearing.

According to court documents, Derrick Walker, 29, wouldn't stop when officers tried to pull him over for expired tags last September.

He eventually lost control of his car and crashed into a school bus at 60th and Carmen.

The bus was empty and no one was injured during the chase.
