Student Was Put in Head Lock for Several Minutes

MILWAUKEE-Video uploaded to you tube Monday shows a student at Bradley Tech High School being repeatedly put in a head lock.

The video has since been taken down, but MPS acknowledges that the incident took place.

Witnesses have conflicting views. Some say it was not serious. Others clearly thought it was bullying.

MPS issued a statement saying:

"The person seen in the video in the checkered shirt (who had the other boy in the head lock) is not a student at the school. No injuries were reported. We have involved Milwaukee Police in this matter."
