MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- 49-year-old Brian Pierick was caught exchanging racy text messages with a teenager living in Waukesha. Today a judge sentenced Pierick to 50 hours of community service and imposed a fine of $2,148.

Pierick is the domestic partner of former aide to then-Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker, Timothy Russell.

Police arrested Pierick after they found sexually explicit text messages and photos he sent to a 17-year-old boy from Waukesha.

Prosecutors came across that material while they were investigating Russell as part of a sweeping John Doe investigation.
