Brawl at Bradford Beach

A group of about 50 people became unruly near a parking lot next to Bradford Beach, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department. Police say officers asked them to stop fighting and they refused that's when the pulled out the pepper spray. The crowd of mostly teenagers took off running, creating quite a scene.
