Milwaukee--Brandon Johnson's roommate at the mental health complex gave testimony Thursday about Johnson's condition in the days leading up to his death.
Frederick Williams testified that Johnson was unable to move and needed help getting in bed. He stated that the staff refused to help Johnson get in bed so Johnson slept in a chair. The next day at dinner the staff wheeled Johnson into the cafeteria where he collapsed, Johnson died a short time later.
The District Attorney's office has not yet decide on whether any charges will be filed. Jonathan Safran, the attorney for Johnson's family says there are still many unanswered questions.
