MILWAUKEE - Body parts were found in the basement of a home in the 200 block of north 38th street on April 20th. Two days earlier police arrested a man there and found a human head inside a bucket in the trunk of the suspect's car. 26 year old Kou Thao of Wausau is accused of killing his aunt's boyfriend in Wausau on April 6th. Thao then wrapped the body in tarp and drove to a Milwaukee home where police made the grisly discovery. Thao is being held on 1 million dollars cash bond. He faces life in prison if he's convicted.
