Benjamin Sebena changes plea to insanityMILWAUKEE --- Benjamin Sebena changed his plea in court Friday afternoon. He originally plead not guilty for the murder of his wife, Wauwatosa Police Officer Jen Sebena. Today, he changed the plea to not guilty by reason of insanity. Benjamin Sebena is an Iraq War veteran who allegedly stalked his wife for days before shooting her in the face outside of a Wauwatosa fire station on Christmas Eve. Sabina will back in court April 26th for a doctor's report. His trial is set to begin in July 8th. |
