Barrett to reveal Pittsburgh Street's new name

MILWAUKEE -- Water is becoming a more precious resource every year and taking care of Milwaukee's water source will be the focus of a meeting, Tuesday.

Local leaders will talk about how to keep Milwaukee's water clean at a "Water Summit."

Mayor Tom Barrett asked Milwaukeeans to come up with a new water-related name for Pittsburgh Street in the city's Third Ward neighborhood. He is expected to reveal the new name, Tuesday.

Mayor Barrett chose to rename the street because it will house a new state-of-the-art global water center.
