KENOSHA -- An arrest has been made following a double fatal shooting in Kenosha from earlier this month, while police are still searching for another suspect.

Darshawn Frison, 17, has been arrested in connection with killing Zachary Hernandez, 20, and Carlos Garcia, 23. Police have identified a second suspect, 20-year-old DeQuan Young who is still at large.

On April 5th, the Kenosha Police Department responded to 5107 25th Ave. for a shooting. Upon arrival, police found the two men dead.

After a long investigating police were able to arrest Frison on Thursday in the 6000 block of 18th Ave. around 5:30 p.m. A felony warrant has been issued for Young and police continue to search for him.

While police say they are sure they have identified the two suspects, they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of the two men.
