Alcohol believed to be factor in rollover crash

DODGE COUNTY—Five people were injured in a rollover crash in Dodge County.

Authorities were called to Evergreen Road just east of Highview Road in the Town of Lebanon around 12:49 a.m. Sunday.

A 2002 Ford Explorer being driven by 47-year-old Jeffrey Howie of Ashippun lost control and went into a ditch and rolled over.

Howie was not injured.

His five adult passengers Melissa Rawlins, Joshua Rawlins, Peter Stehli, Shannon Stehli and Kimberly Howie were all taken to local hospitals for their injuries.

The Dodge County Sheriff Department said that alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
